The Fourth Match Jersey for the 2025/26 season is made of Dimple polyester with Repreve-certified recycled yarn, featuring Round Mesh sleeves. The design is inspired by Mediterranean coral and showcases contrasting vertical stripes. On the front, the Cagliari Calcio crest sits on the heart side and the EYE Sport logo on the opposite side, both made from next-generation silicone, over 70% lighter in weight. On the lower left side, an NFC tag is applied. The collar and sleeve cuffs are finished in rib. Inside the collar, the sweatband is personalized with the repeated words “Cagliari” and “EYE Sport.” On the upper back, the iconic supporters’ chant “Ovunque tu sarai” (“Wherever you will be”) is applied.

Inside, a dedicated label certifies whether the jersey has been worn by a player or purchased by a fan. Along the bottom hem, the GPS coordinates of the Unipol Domus midfield are printed. The jersey is packaged in compostable wrapping.
